Grüner Hundekotbeutel-Halter

The elastic strap keeps this thing locked onto my leash even when my dog lunges, which my old clip-on holder never managed. Smooth dispenser too, no snagging mid-pickup.

The twist-off top is way easier than the zipper pouches I've used before, and it actually stays shut in my pocket. The elastic strap holds it snug on the leash so it doesn't swing around on walks.
