Clipped this into my Civic's buckle and it locked in solid, no rattle at all over bumpy roads. The 20.9 to 34.7 inch range let me give my lab just enough room to sit up but not climb into the front. Polished metal clips feel way nicer than the plastic ones on my last one.

The corduroy is soft enough that my dog doesn't try to chew it, which was a problem with the nylon one I had before. Fits my car's buckles fine and the 20 to 34 inch range works for my beagle. Only gripe is the metal clip is a bit heavy for a small dog.
