My 12 lb terrier mix curls up on this thing every night now, and the 34 x 22 size gives her just enough room to stretch out without taking over the whole living room. The structured shape holds up way better than the lumpy beds I've bought before.
The bouclé fabric is genuinely soft but holds its shape, so it doesn't flatten out like the cheap beds I've bought before. My Frenchie is about 22 pounds and there's still room to sprawl on the 34-inch size. She hasn't left it since it arrived.
