Rolled this up for a weekend hike and the fabric ties kept it snug on my pack the whole way. My frenchie sprawled out on it at the summit like he owned the place. The light padding is just enough for rocky ground.

The plaid fabric is softer than I expected and the light padding makes it comfy for my Frenchie on park benches. The built-in ties are handy for rolling it up and clipping it to my bag when we're done.
