The adjustable length is what sold me — I keep it around 26 inches so my beagle can still lie down but can't climb into the front seat. The plaid looks sharp too, way better than the plain black ones I've seen. Clipped right into my Outback's buckle with no adapter needed.

The plaid pattern is cute and it does clip into my car's buckle without any fuss. But the 20.9 inch minimum is still too long for my 12 lb dog, so she ends up tangled on the seat whenever I brake.
